How Can I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a notification along with tracking information, allowing you to conveniently monitor the status of your delivery.
How Quick is Delivery?
Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. on a business day will be dispatched the same day. Orders made after 11:00 a.m. will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be dispatched on the following business day.
We offer the following delivery option:
- Evri Parcel Shop Drop Off Next Day: Your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days after dispatch, complete with tracking and delivery confirmation.
Please allow the specified timeframe for your treats to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking code, enabling you to track the progress of your delivery.
How Much is Delivery?
Delivery is free for all customers. Enjoy complimentary shipping with Evri Parcel Shop Drop Off Next Day, ensuring your order arrives swiftly within 1-2 business days after dispatch, and you can track it every step of the way.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At present, Pupps ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. If you're interested in when we'll be expanding to your city, please sign up for our mailing list to receive updates.
What If My Order Is Lost in the Mail?
For packages lost in transit, please submit all lost mail claims to support@dr-paul.co.uk no later than 7 calendar days after the estimated delivery date.
Should it be confirmed that the shipping address you provided was accurate, we will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you. It's also advisable to check with your local post office for any information regarding the lost order.
Please note, if the tracking information states that an order was delivered but you believe you have not received it, we cannot take responsibility or reship that order. In such cases, any replacements would need to be at your expense.

I Forgot to Use a Discount Code on My Order:
We understand that things can sometimes be overlooked. Unfortunately, we cannot amend orders that have already been placed. However, you can use your code for your next order.
How Do I Enter a Discount Code?
When you're ready to checkout, click on the "Checkout" button. You will find the section to enter your discount code beneath the list of items you are ordering.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We are unable to make changes once our warehouse has processed your order.
